At Nossi College of Art, our students regularly enter and win local, regional and national competitions, such as the Annual Student ADDY Awards. Our photography students received every top photography award in every category for the 2006 competition held in March 2007. From the local competitions, our students go on to regional and then national Student ADDY Awards sponsored by the National Advertising Federation.

Photography Programs - Course Requirements

Our photography program consists of six semesters (75 credits) which can be completed in 24 months. Graduates earn an Associate Degree of Occupational Studies in Commercial Digital Photography. The program includes experience in basic and advanced camera techniques, strong emphasis on lighting, composition, digital retouching, Adobe Photoshop and understanding the changing world of photography. We cover several industries such as: sports, advertising, fashion, portraiture and more to provide you with a wide range of experience.
